Use one year for every amount.
Estimate annual fuel from your distance, consumption and fuel price. Add annual insurance, maintenance, tax and other running costs. Include the vehicle's estimated loss of value if you want depreciation. Divide the total by 12 for a monthly average, or by annual distance for cost per mile or km.
This is an estimate, not a tax or reimbursement rate. Do not enter the full purchase price as depreciation. If you include financing, enter interest under other costs rather than loan principal as well as depreciation.
