Import fuel records from CSV
Transfer fill-ups from a spreadsheet to OdoKeep. Use one row per fill-up and one file per vehicle.
Four stepsPrepare the columns
Start with a header row: date, odometer, litres, unit price, total, station, full tank and notes. A date column is required; map the other fields you have.
Save as CSV
Export the sheet as CSV. Commas, semicolons and tabs are supported. Keep a copy of your original file.
Open the importer
Add your vehicle in OdoKeep. Go to Settings > Data > Import from another app, choose the CSV and select the vehicle.
Review and import
Match the columns and confirm the dates, decimal format and units. Check the preview and any skipped rows before importing.
File requirements
Use dates such as 2026-09-15 to avoid confusion between day and month.
Odometer means the total reading, in kilometres or miles. Fuel quantities must be in litres or US gallons.
Total cost can be calculated from quantity and unit price. Set the correct currency in OdoKeep before importing.
Only include fuel records. Importing the same file again creates duplicates.
