This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and OdoKeep (“we,” “us,” “our”) regarding your use of the OdoKeep mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By installing, accessing, or using OdoKeep, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OdoKeep for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Use.
2. Ownership
OdoKeep and all associated intellectual property rights (software, trademarks, design, content) remain the sole property of OdoKeep or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership - only limited usage rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- •Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- •Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
- •Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App.
- •Circumvent security or licensing mechanisms.
- •Use the App to violate laws or third-party rights.
4. Updates
We may release updates or new versions of the App.
These may be installed automatically or manually. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the new version.
5. Data Collection
Use of OdoKeep may involve collection of personal or analytical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement or our Terms of Use.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OdoKeep is provided “as is” without any warranty.
We make no guarantees of performance, accuracy, or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porto, Portugal.
