Refund & Subscription Policy

This Refund & Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, and refunds are handled for the OdoKeep app (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Free and Paid Plans
OdoKeep may offer:
- •A Free Plan with limited features.
- •One or more Paid Plans (“Subscriptions”) with premium features.
Subscriptions are billed automatically through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized payment processors.
2. Billing and Renewals
- •Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before the renewal date.
- •You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account.
- •OdoKeep does not directly manage payments or billing on behalf of app stores.
3. Refunds
As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the platform’s policies.
If you made your purchase via:
- •Apple App Store → Refunds must be requested directly from Apple.
- •Google Play Store → Refunds must be requested directly from Google.
We cannot process refunds ourselves for purchases made through third-party stores.
4. Price Changes
We may update pricing or features at any time.
Existing subscribers will be notified in advance and may choose to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
5. Trial Periods
Some plans may include a free trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the regular rate.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
